The Heart Foundation is working to reduce the impact of heart disease on the Australian community. The Heart Foundation does this by raising money for research into heart and cardiovascular disease as well as programs to educate the community about reducing the risk of heart disease through healthy eating habits, regular, moderate physical activity, managing blood pressure and being a non-smoker.
