The Effect of Daylight Saving on West Australian Adults' Physical Activity 2006-2008
To understand the impact daylight saving had on the physical activity patterns of Western Australians, a cohort of 1300 adult residents was interviewed about when they were physical active prior to the introduction of daylight saving and again at the end of the daylight saving period.
