The Department of Health's Implementation Plan for 2011-12 to 2014-15 is available on the Federal Financial Relations website.

The Plan proposes a range of programs and activities targeting children and their families in and through key settings such as schools, child care and the community.

The Healthy Children's initiative will complement the significant investment already being made by the Western Australian Government to progress children's health through good nutrition and active living.

Note: This implementation plan belongs to the Department of Health and has been created subject to the provisions of the National Partnership Agreement on Preventive Health and should be read in conjunction with that agreement.
